T-Track (“the App”) is developed to provide real-time tracking of equestrian events, riders and horses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the App.

The App does not collect personal data such as your name, email, or phone number.

1.1 Push Notification Token

When you install and open the App, a unique Push Token may be generated. This token is used exclusively to send optional notifications about event updates and app features. It does not identify you personally.

1.2 Usage Data

Your device may automatically share technical information such as device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs. This is handled by the app stores and Expo services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the Push Notification Token only to deliver notifications related to T-Track functionalities. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use external services such as Expo, Apple App Store and Google Play Store for app functionality and analytics.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access.

5. User Rights

You may disable notifications at any time from your device settings. You can also request deletion of your push token by contacting us.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not target children under 13 and does not collect personal data from minors.
